How to completely custom your computers deskop?
I have seen some computers where there desktop was completely custom! For example the task tray and the browser window looks like steel and the icons would be black or something, I just want to fully customise EVERYTHING instad of windows stock look, how can i do this? Im running windows 7 btw.
