How can i lighten/remove my beauty mark?

I have this beauty mark on my leg that i’m embarrassed to wear shorts. It’s the size of a pea. It’s really dark compared to my skin. Are there any home remedies that will really work? If you know any please post! It would be very helpful. Thanks.
